Staging your home means simply the rearrangement of furniture and the improvement of room settings to show your house at its best. A recent study of 2,000 real state agents in 46 states found that key improvements, leading to quick and lucrative home sales, included lightening and brightening the space and removing clutter from rooms. Because it's your home, you might find it difficult to be objective about what is pleasing to potential buyers. That's where we can provide a valuable service. Our expertise is in creating rooms that breathe. Because our redesigned rooms have a light and airy quality, potential buyers feel welcome and comfortable. The goal is for them to sit down and want to stay. Obviously, the more attractive your home is the sooner it will sell. Also, the home will usually sell for a significantly higher amount. Having Redesigning Interiors stage your home is an investment that will pay a significant return.

We offer a Consultation Service at $250 for an hour with two Professional Redesigners. We walk through the home with the agent and/or homeowner and discuss all of the updates that are necessary to improve the visual appeal and decorative balance of the home. The homeowner and/or agent are then encouraged to make the recommended updates.

We also offer a "hands-on" staging service for two redesigners to work with the agent and/or homeowner to move the furnishings to best feature the home. The cost of this service is $275 for the first hour and $125 for each additional hour. An average house runs about 3 to 4 hours depending on the amount of work and number of items in the home.

We can also stage an empty house by bringing in vignettes to help feature the home. We have package pricing based on the number of props needed. The cost of the staging includes the rental on the props for 6 weeks. If props are needed longer, then we rent them on a per week basis.
