"The Secret"

From left to right Diane Agricola, Debbie Correale, and Denise Montgomery have successfully completed the Train-the-trainer program and are Certified Trainers with The Society of Decorating Professionals…find their training programs at the SDP site.

Oprah has the country buzzing about “The Secret!" Have you really considered what you'd love to do? Are you considering a career change to something more creative? Learn more about your potential in redesign or staging.

How long are you going to put off what's really in your heart to do? Sometimes the first step is the hardest…being honest with yourself about what you truly love! Oprah has the country buzzing about “The Secret”, which is not really new or a secret, but is a creative way at expressing your heart’s desire.

Sometimes people know they have a talent for redesign or staging but don’t know where to go from there. Are you someone who would like to explore your abilities and see if you really do have the gift your friends suggest. Do you wonder if time and money spent training are a worthy investment? While that is a legitimate concern, also remember that your training will empower you to make money doing what you love! What value would you place on investing in yourself, and rekindling a passion that’s been quietly hiding in your heart?

The chart below gives an estimate of what your earnings could be working part-time, just 10 hours a month! In less than 2 months you can pay yourself back for the investment in your 5-day Foundations for Redesign & Staging training.

Income Potential
Working Part-Time 10 hours/month
4 one-hour in-home consults at $100 = $400
2 living/dining room redesigns at $800 = $1,600
Total Income per Month = $2,000

Not All Staging Training Programs
Are Created Equal

As you may know, staging is a hot business. But are you aware that some staging classes have 50+ students? Be forewarned: Not all staging training programs are created equal. Because interior redesign is a young industry there aren't any watchdog groups out there regulating businesses. We encourage you to talk to our students and to compare their comments to other training program alumni.

One question to ask is: What is the teacher to student ratio? Our classes are small—usually six students. That's a 1:3 teacher to student ratio. Obviously this means we care about you receiving the kind of individualized attention which gives you the foundation to build your business.

There are so many intangibles involved in being a successful teacher that it's difficult to quantify exactly what makes our training better. We believe one key difference though is that we treat you like the adult, creative learner that you are. We honor your life experiences and help you build upon your successes.

Someone said that good leaders cause you to trust them. But great leaders cause you to trust yourself. That's our aspiration: To build confidence and expertise and trust in yourself.
